MECCA Institute offers an LGBT Muslims Guide.

The Human Rights Campaign offers a series of resources for LGBTQ people of faith and allies, including:

• Coming Home to Islam and to Self: a guide is aimed at folks who hope to lead their Islamic faith communities toward a more welcoming stance, and those seeking a path back to beloved traditions.

• Stances of Faiths on LGBTQ Issues: Islam: an overview of official doctrines from Islam related to LGBTQ issues.

LGBTQ-Affirming Muslim Organizations

• Imaan: Support for LGBT Muslims, their families, and their allies through promoting the Islamic values of peace, social justice, and tolerance, while providing a safe space and support network to address issues of sexual orientation and gender identity within Islam.

• MECCA Institute: A non-profit organization that promotes expanding Progressive Islam through education and research, including through supporting LGBT rights and welcoming the members of the LGBT community 

• Muslim Alliance for Sexual and Gender Diversity: An organization working to support, empower and connect LGBTQ Muslims.

• Muslims for Progressive Voices: An inclusive community rooted in the traditional Qur'anic ideals of human dignity and social justice.
