LGBTQ-Affirming Jewish Organizations

  • Eshel: An organization working towards creating a community and acceptance for LGBTQ Jews and their families in Orthodox communities.

  • Institute for Judaism and Sexuality: An organization working towards a complete inclusion and welcoming of LGBTQ Jews in communities and congregations.

  • Keshetz: An organization working for the full equality and inclusion of LGBTQ transgender Jews in Jewish life.

  • Nehirim: A national community of LGBTQ Jews, families, and allies committed to a more just and inclusive world.

  • Jewish Queer Youth (JQY): Supports and empowers LGBTQ Jewish youth with a special focus on teens and young adults from Orthodox, Chassidic, and Sephardi/Mizrahi communities. JQY also has a fund to support programs organized by queer and Jewish college students.
